OUR STORY: BUILDING THE FUTURE OF Treatment CARE
MP Seating emerges from a foundation of unparalleled experience in the treatment chair industry. Our core team comprises seasoned professionals with decades of expertise spanning design, engineering, manufacturing, and service. Notably, our lead engineer, Paul Romanetz, designed the most widely recognized and utilized treatment chair brand in the market since its introduction in 1996. This deep-rooted understanding of the challenges and requirements within healthcare settings forms the bedrock of our innovative approach.
For over thirty months, we embarked on a dedicated partnership with a leading chair service company. This invaluable collaboration provided us with firsthand insights into the real-world issues and needs faced by frontline workers in hemodialysis clinics. This direct feedback has been the driving force behind the design of the MP Seating chair, ensuring that our solutions are not just theoretically advanced but practically effective and address the everyday realities of patient care.
At MP Seating, we are more than just manufacturers; we are problem-solvers driven by a commitment to sustainability and a desire to challenge the status quo. We recognize the critical importance of reliable, easy-to-maintain equipment in the hemodialysis community. Our mission is to leverage our extensive experience and the direct insights gained from the field to provide you with a dialysis chair that truly meets your needs – a chair designed not in isolation, but in close understanding of the vital work you do.
MEET THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND MP SEATING
MARK ROMANETZ
Coming from a long career in the manufacturing sector of Elkhart County Indiana, which included a recent, near decade tenure at THE major treatment chair manufacturer, Mark brings to MP Seating Inc, and Project Leapfrog an invaluable resume in all areas of the manufacturing operation (production, purchasing, scheduling, transportation and logistics, and on and on).
Add to that a recent, and on-going 5-year private venture into the Repair, Maintenance, and Cleaning of Dialysis Treatment chairs (in the Midwest), and MP Seating can boast a human asset in Mark with immeasurable knowledge and value.
Today, Mark continues to use his assets to the benefit of MP Seating and Project Leapfrog to ensure an unparalleled Customer Experience, while continually improving efficiency of all aspects of treatment chair production.
Mark answers the corporate phone, and he is an owner/operator. Go figure! Welcome to a Customer-Centric business model.
Ask him about Walleye fishing, if you have a lot of time!
PAUL ROMANETZ
A Mechanical Engineer that goes nuts if he is not designing a new, better widget, Paul found himself pulled back (by Mark) into the product category that he and his team disrupted 20+ years ago with what (at the time) was revolutionary. This was after design and engineering experience spent in Heavy Earth Moving Equipment, Automotive Brake Systems, Recreational Vehicles, Treatment Chairs (the First Time, the First Rodeo), Home Exercise Equipment…and let’s stop there.
Fast forward to 4 years ago, he started down a path, partnering with his brother’s service company, and hand-in-hand with a Major Hemodialysis Treatment Provider and eventual customer, he started down a path to design that next, better widget…the next, disruptive Treatment Chair. And it was clearly overdue!
Using his long career in product development as a foundation, today, MP Seating is producing a Treatment Chair like no other.
Paul will not sit still. There is no perfect product in the world, but Continuous Improvement is the name of the game, and it’s a game that he will continue to play.
Ask him about Mountain Biking, if you have a lot of time!
